Grimshaw is an architecture and design practice with studios across the globe, delivering projects across transport, infrastructure, culture, and public space. We are looking for a Project Finance Coordinator to join our London studio on a fixed-term basis, supporting the financial management of a large infrastructure project.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Lead Project Accountant, you will support financial activities and record-keeping to ensure the smooth running of the project.
- Collating and monitoring timesheets.
- Preparing monthly sub-consultant cost reports.
- Analyzing spend against forecast.
- Supporting invoice preparation.
- Assisting with AFP preparation, purchase order tracking, QA checks, and audit support.
- Preparing data for Qlik reporting.
- Working with the finance team and design managers to contribute to forecasting, resourcing, and cash flow monitoring.
What we are looking for
- 1 - 3 years experience in a similar role, or one with transferable skills.
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.
- Experience with CMAP or Qlik (advantageous).
- Prior experience within a large infrastructure team (advantageous).
