Grimshaw is an architecture and design practice with studios across the globe, delivering projects across transport, infrastructure, culture, and public space. We are looking for a Project Finance Coordinator to join our London studio on a fixed-term basis, supporting the financial management of a large infrastructure project.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Lead Project Accountant, you will support financial activities and record-keeping to ensure the smooth running of the project.
  • Collating and monitoring timesheets.
  • Preparing monthly sub-consultant cost reports.
  • Analyzing spend against forecast.
  • Supporting invoice preparation.
  • Assisting with AFP preparation, purchase order tracking, QA checks, and audit support.
  • Preparing data for Qlik reporting.
  • Working with the finance team and design managers to contribute to forecasting, resourcing, and cash flow monitoring.

What we are looking for

  • 1 - 3 years experience in a similar role, or one with transferable skills.
  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Experience with CMAP or Qlik (advantageous).
  • Prior experience within a large infrastructure team (advantageous).
