Overview Grimshaw is an architecture and design practice with studios across the globe, delivering projects across transport, infrastructure, culture, and public space. We are looking for a Project Finance Coordinator to join our London studio on a fixed-term basis, supporting the financial management of a large infrastructure project.
Responsibilities Reporting to the Lead Project Accountant, you will support financial activities and record-keeping to ensure the smooth running of the project.
Collating and monitoring timesheets.
Preparing monthly sub-consultant cost reports.
Analyzing spend against forecast.
Supporting invoice preparation.
Assisting with AFP preparation, purchase order tracking, QA checks, and audit support.
Preparing data for Qlik reporting.
Working with the finance team and design managers to contribute to forecasting, resourcing, and cash flow monitoring.
What we are looking for 1 - 3 years experience in a similar role, or one with transferable skills
Strong Excel skills and the ability to work independently
Good written and verbal communication skills
Discretion in handling confidential information
Experience with CMAP or Qlik (advantageous)
Prior experience within a large infrastructure team (advantageous)
