Resourcery Group are proud to be exclusively partnering with our large FMCG client based near Warrington as they look to hire a new Talent Acquisition Manager.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast-paced business at a time of growth.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for Recruitment of staff across the business in the UK.
An ideal applicant will have past Internal Recruitment or external agency experience with a good understanding of the entire Recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing of candidates from junior to senior level roles
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and prioritise recruitment efforts.
- Design and enhance recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Manage employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Analyse recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies throughout the hiring process.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors to support specialised hiring needs.
- Liaising with line managers throughout the business to understand varying recruitment need.
- Assisting in training/ Development of managers on the Talent process.
- Ad-hoc projects/duties may be required to support the business
Key Requirements
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of delivering hiring projects in ideally an FMCG or manufacturing environment but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment regulations.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic hiring plans.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and data analytics to inform decisions.
