An opportunity has arisen to join a large successful organisation in a commercially focussed role that will allow the right candidate to add real value, taking ownership of a large budget, controlling expected costs and working closely with senior stakeholders to ensure profitability within the group is maximised.
Reporting into the Head of Finance, your main duties will include:
- Production of detailed analysis into costs and income for your budget holders
- Produce monthly forecasts with detailed commentary
- Present monthly actuals, communicate with senior stakeholders
- Investigate all variances proactively, working internally to solve all issues
- Build excellent relationships with senior stakeholders
- Hold regular review meetings, face to face & electronically to ensure trust is built
- Lead the annual budgeting process alongside the broader finance team
Candidate profile:
- ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified
- Proven experience working closely with internal stakeholders
- Proven experience ‘adding value’ to stakeholders
