The Group Lead for P&C Reporting and Analytics will play a critical role in shaping data‑driven decision‑making across global P&C operations. This position will own the end‑to‑end delivery of P&C data products, translating HR definitions and business requirements into implementable specifications and coordinating delivery across data engineering, semantic modelling, and PowerBI. You will deliver compliance‑focused global data creation to provide actionable insights to senior P&C leaders and the Executive Committee and Board.
The role will work closely with senior leadership in both functions, identifying requirements and developing solutions. This role is hybrid, based on‑site in the Kings Langley Office, UK a minimum of 3 days per week.
Accountabilities- HR Data Product Delivery: lead the technical delivery for P&C data sets from source systems into Fabric/Azure/Synapse.
- Define and maintain the HR data model and the onboarding approach for future systems and model development.
- Produce implementation‑ready specifications for engineers/modellers.
- Semantic model enablement: own the P&C portion of the certified semantic layer design.
- Support the build and maintenance of data models that deliver P&C metrics.
- Implement and run the P&C data quality work in Azure and using other data quality tools.
- Evaluate source systems to enable accurate and timely, consolidated Group/Global data.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards to monitor P&C metrics, workforce trends, and key performance indicators.
- Conduct deep‑dive analyses to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in processes.
- Deliver clear, concise reports and presentations to senior P&C leaders.
- Ensure products and work comply with relevant legislation, regulation, and policies.
- Run working groups and work with business partners to achieve results.
- Advanced technical P&C data and analytics skills, including data modelling, reporting, visualisations, and presentation of data.
- Delivering global data and analytics work with P&C systems ensuring data integrity and quality outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Planning and organising skills and programme management to deliver multiple streams of work simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a matrixed fast‑paced environment across cultures and time zones.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in P&C analytics, visualisation, modelling, reporting including the Microsoft suite.
- Strong background in data governance and management for P&C data.
- Prior experience in P&C systems is essential.
- Experience deploying AI/ML and Data Science for P&C is essential.
- In‑depth knowledge and practical implementation of compliance frameworks and global employment regulations.
