The position is part of RES’ global graduate programme, designed to build future-ready capability aligned to business demand. This is a structured development experience where you will contribute to real work while building expertise across learning, talent, and organisational capability. You will gain skills across key areas of Learning & Development, including programme design, delivery, and data-driven impact, while developing the commercial awareness, stakeholder capability, and leadership behaviours required for long-term success at RES.
This role directly contributes to building a strong internal talent pipeline to support business growth and future workforce needs. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
Key responsibilities:
- Build core understanding of RES, L&D operations, and systems:
- Work in the learning management system (LMS) including content management and assignments
- Ensure onboarding and compliance training routes to the correct employees globally
- Track programme participation and completion (e.g., onboarding, compliance training)
- Analyse feedback and engagement data to identify trends and opportunities
- Support reporting for stakeholders and leadership
- Assist with scheduling, communications, and logistics across global audiences
- Work with People & Culture teams, business leaders, and external vendors
- Content and learning design:
- Support development of learning materials (presentations, guides, eLearning, videos) utilising a suite of digital authoring tools
- Contribute to updating and improving existing programmes
- Assist in embedding RES values and leadership expectations into learning experiences
- Support alignment between learning initiatives and business priorities
- Build strong working relationships across regions
- Programme delivery and coordination:
- Support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning programmes (virtual and in-person)
- Ensure strong participant experience across all programmes
- Gather and apply feedback to improve programmes and processes
- Contribute ideas to enhance learner experience and programme effectiveness
- Take ownership of a defined project aligned to a business priority.
