Responsibilities

We oversee and contribute to the safe and value‑enhancing performance of a portfolio of renewable energy projects.

We develop relationships and work with site‑focused asset managers.

We analyse operational and financial reports and data to identify performance drivers, risks, and industry developments.

We communicate key events to management.

We support annual budget creation, contract oversight, and financial distributions.

We assess commercial performance, risks, and opportunities.

We help ensure good governance, including safety performance, approvals, good practice processes, and sustainability considerations.

We contribute to quarterly reports with clear and concise explanations of technical, financial, and commercial information.

We manage core team processes that are critical to the smooth running of the portfolio.

We support the wider team across different projects, regions, and technologies, including strategic direction, contract tendering and negotiations, and value enhancement opportunities.

Qualifications

Recent graduates or individuals with 1–2 years of work experience who want to build a career in the renewables industry.

Excellent numeracy and analytical skills.

Strong written English and effective time management.

Financial, commercial, and interpersonal competencies.

Genuine interest and passion for the renewables industry.

Confidence to ask questions and engage with colleagues, project board members, and key service providers.

Location & Working Arrangements

This role is based in our Kings Langley or Glasgow office on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.

You will join our TRIG team of around 15 people, working closely with RES and investment partners to oversee TRIGs development, construction, and operational portfolio.
