Responsibilities
- Oversight of project performance
- Develop relationships and collaborate with site-focused asset managers
- Analyse operational and financial reports and data for key performance drivers, risks, and industry developments
- Communicate key events to management
- Create annual budget, oversee contracts, and manage financial distributions
- Understand commercial performance, risks and opportunities
- Ensure good governance through safety performance, approvals, best practice processes and sustainability considerations
- Contribute to quarterly reports, delivering clear and concise technical, financial and commercial explanations
- Manage core team processes critical to the smooth running of the portfolio
- Provide support to the wider team, participating in projects across regions and technologies, including strategic direction, contract tender processes, negotiations, and value-enhancement opportunities
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or 1–2 years of professional experience in renewable energy or related field
- Strong financial, commercial and interpersonal competencies
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Strong written English and effective time-management
- Confidence to engage with RES, TRIG group, project company board members and key service providers
Location
This role will be based in our Kings Langley or Glasgow office on a hybrid basis, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
