Responsibilities

  • Oversight of project performance
  • Develop relationships and collaborate with site-focused asset managers
  • Analyse operational and financial reports and data for key performance drivers, risks, and industry developments
  • Communicate key events to management
  • Create annual budget, oversee contracts, and manage financial distributions
  • Understand commercial performance, risks and opportunities
  • Ensure good governance through safety performance, approvals, best practice processes and sustainability considerations
  • Contribute to quarterly reports, delivering clear and concise technical, financial and commercial explanations
  • Manage core team processes critical to the smooth running of the portfolio
  • Provide support to the wider team, participating in projects across regions and technologies, including strategic direction, contract tender processes, negotiations, and value-enhancement opportunities

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate or 1–2 years of professional experience in renewable energy or related field
  • Strong financial, commercial and interpersonal competencies
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Strong written English and effective time-management
  • Confidence to engage with RES, TRIG group, project company board members and key service providers

Location

This role will be based in our Kings Langley or Glasgow office on a hybrid basis, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office.
