RES Limited is seeking an experienced Electrician to join our Facilities Management team.

This varied role supports commercial clients with routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, and system upgrades, ensuring compliance and safety.

You will perform EICR testing, work on fire alarm and emergency lighting, and maintain accurate records.

A minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience and NVQ3/equivalent are required, plus a valid driving licence and good client communication.
