Due to continued growth within our Facilities Management department, we are seeking an experienced and reliable Electrician to join our team. This is a varied role supporting a wide range of commercial clients, offering excellent long-term career stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine electrical maintenance and inspections within commercial property and retail outlets.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults, wiring issues, and control systems.
- Install, maintain, and upgrade electrical systems in compliance with regulations.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to support production and operational needs.
- Fire alarm and emergency light testing.
- EICR and EIC certification.
- Ensure all work meets health and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.
Requirements
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years hands on experience.
- Driving licence.
- Strong ability to work alone and within a team.
- Good communications with clients.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work shifts and respond to emergency call-outs.
