Key Responsibilities Carry out routine maintenance, inspections, testing, and repairs on lift systems in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, meeting company quality expectations, industry regulations, and safety requirements. Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently, using strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company procedures. Maintain accurate records of work completed, including parts used and any recommendations for further work. Provide a professional and courteous service when communicating with clients and colleagues. Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent qualification). Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in lift maintenance, repair, or installation. Full UK driving licence. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
