As a Field Based Technical Sales Engineer you’ll be responsible for:
- Conducting technical site surveys, agreeing system specifications with installers and homeowners, producing on-site quotations, commissioning Air Source Heat Pump systems, completing system handovers, and resolving technical issues through remedial visits.
- Producing accurate room-by-room heat loss calculations, creating technical proposals and system performance estimates.
- Compiling detailed quotes/proposals for the sales team and ensuring all documentation is uploaded to the CRM system.
- Acting as the Nominated Technical Supervisor for all regional MCS projects, ensuring every subcontracted installation adheres to MCS standards and Building Regulations.
- Providing phone-based and remote technical support, maintaining strong working relationships with assigned installers, and acting as a consistent technical point of contact.
This is a full-time, permanent, field based role working 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm.
