Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll help deliver multi-channel campaigns, strengthen brand visibility and drive high-quality lead generation. Ideal for someone who understands complex buyer journeys, enjoys hands-on digital execution, and thrives in a data-led environment.
The Role
As Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll work across paid media, SEO, website optimisation, content creation, email automation and analytics. You’ll support end-to-end digital activity, helping shape campaigns that engage IT-sector audiences and convert interest into measurable results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Paid Media – Run and optimise PPC and paid social campaigns, delivering regular performance insights.
- SEO – Support technical updates, keyword research and on/off-page optimisation to improve visibility and authority.
- Website & CMS – Publish content, build landing pages and assist with site enhancements.
- Content – Create compelling copy for social, blogs and campaigns, plus simple graphics and visual assets.
- Social Media – Manage posting schedules, engagement and thought-leadership content across B2B channels.
- Email & Automation – Build email campaigns and nurture flows while supporting segmentation and tracking.
- Analytics – Monitor digital KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Collaboration – Work with marketing, product and technical teams, coordinating external partners when required.
What You’ll Bring
Essential
- Experience in B2B digital marketing (ideally tech, SaaS or professional services)
- Hands-on PPC experience (Google & Microsoft)
- Strong SEO skills across technical, on-page and off-page
- Experience using a CMS
- Excellent B2B copywriting skills
- Confident using GA4 and performance reporting
- Ability to produce simple visual assets
- Strong organisation and project-management capability
Desirable
- Experience with Pardot or Salesforce
- Understanding of CRO and B2B funnel stages
- Ability to produce short-form video content
- Basic HTML/CSS skills
- Familiarity with generative AI tools
