Our client, a leading international technology business, is looking to recruit a Paralegal to join its EMEA Legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Paralegal to gain exposure to commercial contracts, company secretarial matters and corporate governance activities within a large international organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviewing and supporting a range of commercial agreements, including NDAs and contract amendments.
- Assisting with contract administration, legal research and document preparation.
- Responding to routine legal enquiries and supporting lawyers on commercial matters.
- Supporting company secretarial activities, statutory filings and corporate governance requirements.
- Drafting board minutes, resolutions and corporate documentation.
- Liaising with external legal advisers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Degree educated, ideally in Law, with a minimum of 2 years Paralegal experience within an in-house legal team or commercial private practice environment.
- Strong communication, organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Commercially aware and confident working with stakeholders across a business.
- Full Driving Licence unless Cirencester based.
