Our client, a leading international technology business, is looking to recruit a Paralegal to join its EMEA Legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Paralegal to gain exposure to commercial contracts, company secretarial matters and corporate governance activities within a large international organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and supporting a range of commercial agreements, including NDAs and contract amendments.
  • Assisting with contract administration, legal research and document preparation.
  • Responding to routine legal enquiries and supporting lawyers on commercial matters.
  • Supporting company secretarial activities, statutory filings and corporate governance requirements.
  • Drafting board minutes, resolutions and corporate documentation.
  • Liaising with external legal advisers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Degree educated, ideally in Law, with a minimum of 2 years Paralegal experience within an in-house legal team or commercial private practice environment.
  • Strong communication, organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Commercially aware and confident working with stakeholders across a business.
  • Full Driving Licence unless Cirencester based.
