This is a highly visible role sitting between operations and technology, responsible for driving system adoption, improving business processes and ensuring operational teams maximise the value of the platform.
Working closely with site leadership, operational stakeholders and technical teams, you will lead system deployments, support users through change, identify process improvements and help deliver greater consistency, visibility and efficiency across the business.
