Hybrid role We're looking for an experienced Business Architect to help a successful global B2B organisation improve the way it sells, serves and supports its customers and partners.

Working closely with Sales, Operations and Technology leaders, you'll identify opportunities to simplify the way the business operates, improve commercial performance and ensure technology enables business objectives rather than driving them.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys challenging existing ways of working and delivering practical, measurable improvements.

Responsibilities Design Target Operating Models, business capabilities and future-state processes.

Redesign end-to-end commercial and sales processes across the customer lifecycle.

Develop business cases and ensure change delivers measurable commercial and financial benefits.

Work with senior stakeholders to align business strategy, process improvement and technology.

Drive CRM-enabled transformation to improve sales, partner and customer outcomes.

Support digital transformation, automation and AI initiatives where they create genuine business value.
