The opportunity
You will shape and deliver a coordinated adoption strategy across multiple teams and markets.
Working with product, commercial and regional stakeholders, you will translate platform functionality into practical programmes that demonstrate value and encourage continued use. Engagement data and user insight will help you identify barriers, focus support and measure results.
This is not a technical implementation or conventional sales training position. The emphasis is on helping people embrace technology and ensuring the organisation achieves meaningful value from its digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Developing and delivering a strategy for platform engagement.
- Creating enablement programmes for employees and business partners.
- Producing training resources, practical guides and onboarding journeys.
- Planning communications and campaigns that encourage continued participation.
- Explaining new functionality in accessible, commercially relevant terms.
- Analysing engagement data and targeting support where it will have the greatest impact.
- Gathering feedback and sharing insight with product and operational teams.
- Working with leaders in different markets to address local adoption challenges.
- Supporting the transition towards more efficient digital ways of working.
- Strengthening digital skills and confidence across the business.
Skills and Experience
