This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on improving commercial effectiveness, simplifying business processes and designing scalable ways of working that support future growth. Working across commercial, operational and technology teams, you will help shape operating models, customer journeys and business capabilities that drive measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and improve end-to-end commercial processes.

- Partner with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
- Lead process redesign and simplification initiatives.
