Excellent opportunity to join a leading global Information Technology business and help improve how its sales processes, people and systems work together.

We are looking for an experienced Business Architect with sales-process and CRM experience to join a complex international organisation. The business has established platforms, but some processes are not yet as connected or automated as they need to be. You will look across the wider picture—how people work, how processes flow and how systems interact—to help create more joined-up and seamless ways of operating. This is a strategic but genuinely hands-on role. You will work closely with the people involved, understand how things operate in practice and remain involved in the day-to-day work rather than simply producing recommendations for others to deliver.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and improve end-to-end sales and commercial processes.
  • Identify gaps, duplication and disconnects between people, processes and systems.
  • Challenge existing ways of working and help develop practical improvements.
  • Work with business, IT, data and platform teams.
  • Produce clear process maps and business architecture documentation.
  • Help define process ownership and consistent ways of working.
  • Work alongside CRM and wider technology teams to support agreed changes.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience as a Business Architect or in a closely related transformation role.
  • Experience improving commercial or sales processes.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and CRM-supported sales processes.
  • Strong analytical, process-mapping and documentation skills.
  • Confidence facilitating discussions and influencing business and technology stakeholders.
  • Commercial awareness and a focus on practical business outcomes.
  • A curious, adaptable and structured approach.
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves and work through the detail.
  • Sector experience is not required—the organisation is looking for the right Business Architecture, sales-process and CRM capability.
