This role sits at the centre of a major digital sales transformation programme focused on increasing partner adoption of digital platforms, improving engagement across a global partner ecosystem and creating more scalable and consistent ways of working.
The successful individual will operate across a highly matrixed international business, influencing regional teams, commercial leadership and partner communities without direct authority. This is therefore a role for somebody comfortable operating at scale, driving change through influence and working hands-on within a visible transformation environment.
The Role
- Drive increased adoption and usage of digital sales platforms across an international partner base.
- Improve partner engagement, activity levels and digital self-service adoption.
- Help shape more scalable and repeatable engagement models across regions.
- Influence behavioural change across dispersed sales and partner teams.
- Work closely with sales, digital, marketing, analytics and product functions globally.
- Use insight and engagement data to improve adoption and execution.
- Build credibility quickly across international stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Contribute to the wider digital sales and partner engagement strategy.
