Drive adoption and growth of a digital sales platform across a large international partner ecosystem. This role sits at the centre of a major digital sales transformation programme focused on increasing partner adoption of digital platforms, improving engagement across a global partner ecosystem and creating more scalable and consistent ways of working.

The successful individual will operate across a highly matrixed international business, influencing regional teams, commercial leadership and partner communities without direct authority. This is therefore a role for somebody comfortable operating at scale, driving change through influence and working hands-on within a visible transformation environment.

The Role

  • Drive increased adoption and usage of digital sales platforms across an international partner base.
  • Improve partner engagement, activity levels and digital self-service adoption.
  • Help shape more scalable and repeatable engagement models across regions.
