This is not a traditional Enterprise Architecture role.
We're looking for someone who understands how commercial organisations operate and has successfully redesigned sales processes, customer journeys and operating models that improve commercial performance.
Working closely with senior business and technology leaders, you'll challenge existing ways of working, simplify complex business processes and help create scalable, customer-centric operating models that support future growth.
The Role You'll play a key role in helping a global organisation transform the way it sells, serves and supports its customers.
Working across Commercial, Sales, Operations and Technology, you'll identify opportunities to improve commercial effectiveness, remove unnecessary complexity and design future ways of working that deliver measurable business outcomes.
You'll be equally comfortable facilitating strategic workshops with senior stakeholders as you are mapping business processes, defining future operating models and supporting successful transformation delivery.
Key Responsibilities Lead the redesign of end-to-end sales and commercial processes.
Design future-state operating models that improve commercial effectiveness, customer experience and operational efficiency.
Analyse customer and commercial journeys to identify opportunities for simplification and improvement.
Challenge existing ways of working and drive business process re-engineering rather than simply automating existing processes.
Partner with senior Commercial, Sales, Operations and Technology stakeholders to shape future business capabilities and operating models.
Establish governance, ownership and accountability across key business processes.
Produce clear business architecture deliverables including process maps, operating models and transformation artefacts.
Work alongside technology teams to ensure business processes are effectively supported by digital platforms and enterprise systems.

Essential Experience We're particularly interested in Business Architects who have successfully delivered sales and commercial transformation .
You'll ideally have: Proven experience leading sales or commercial transformation programmes.
Experience redesigning sales, customer or commercial operating models.
Strong understanding of end-to-end commercial processes and customer journeys.
Experience improving sales effectiveness through business process redesign.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.
Experience bridging business strategy with technology-enabled change.
Strong analytical, facilitation and documentation skills.
Experience working within complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programmes.
Desirable Experience within technology, distribution or professional services.
Exposure to large-scale digital transformation programmes.
