Our client is seeking a Business Systems Implementation Manager to support the rollout and ongoing development of a business-critical operational platform across multiple UK locations. This is a highly visible role sitting between operations and technology, responsible for driving system adoption, improving business processes and ensuring operational teams maximise the value of the platform.
Working closely with site leadership, operational stakeholders and technical teams, you will lead system deployments, support users through change, identify process improvements and help deliver greater consistency, visibility and efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead system implementation projects across multiple UK sites
- Gather and analyse business requirements
- Drive user engagement, training and adoption
- Support process improvement and operational change initiatives
- Produce reporting and management information to support decision making
- Ensure data quality and system integrity
- Act as the key liaison between operational and technical stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement of systems and processes
Experience Required
- Experience implementing or supporting business systems, CRM or operational platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience delivering training and supporting organisational change
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow or similar platforms would be advantageous, although candidates with broader business systems implementation experience are also encouraged to apply.
