An international technology organisation is looking for an experienced Digital Enablement Lead to increase engagement with its commercial platforms across internal teams and an extensive partner network. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who can turn digital investment into measurable changes in how people work. You will help users incorporate digital tools into their day-to-day activities, improving efficiency and supporting commercial growth.

You will shape and deliver a coordinated adoption strategy across multiple teams and markets. Working with product, commercial and regional stakeholders, you will translate platform functionality into practical programmes that demonstrate value and encourage continued use. Engagement data and user insight will help you identify barriers, focus support and measure results. This is not a technical implementation or conventional sales training position. The emphasis is on helping people embrace technology and ensuring the organisation achieves meaningful value from its digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering a strategy for platform engagement.
  • Creating enablement programmes for employees and business partners.
  • Producing training resources, practical guides and onboarding journeys.
  • Planning communications and campaigns that encourage continued participation.
  • Explaining new functionality in accessible, commercially relevant terms.
  • Analysing engagement data and targeting support where it will have the greatest impact.
  • Gathering feedback and sharing insight with product and operational teams.
  • Working with leaders in different markets to address local adoption challenges.
  • Supporting the transition towards more efficient digital ways of working.
  • Strengthening digital skills and confidence across the business.

Skills and Experience

  • You will be a credible and influential professional who can engage senior leaders, commercial teams and external partners.
  • Substantial experience in digital adoption, platform enablement, business change or commercial transformation.
  • Evidence of increasing engagement with business technology.
  • Experience working across a complex, international organisation.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and programme-development skills.
  • The presence and credibility to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Exposure to a partner-led or business-to-business environment.
  • Confidence using data to identify issues, prioritise activity and evaluate results.
  • A practical understanding of how behavioural and organisational change happens.
  • The ability to establish a clear direction while remaining involved in delivery.
  • A collaborative, pragmatic and audience-focused approach.

Success will include:

  • Stronger and more consistent engagement with commercial platforms.
  • Increased use of digital routes by employees and partners.
  • More efficient working practices.
  • Improved user capability and confidence.
  • Clear feedback between users and the teams responsible for products and processes.

This is a hybrid position based in the Thames Valley. Regular attendance at the organisation's principal office and occasional travel to other UK locations will be required. Candidates should live within a practical commuting distance of the Thames Valley area.
