We are seeking a commercially minded Business Architect to join a global B2B organisation undergoing significant transformation. This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on improving commercial effectiveness, simplifying business processes and designing scalable ways of working that support future growth.
Working across commercial, operational and technology teams, you will help shape operating models, customer journeys and business capabilities that drive measurable business outcomes:
- Analyse and improve end-to-end commercial processes.
- Design future-state operating models, customer journeys and business capabilities.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
- Produce process documentation and business architecture artefacts.
Experience in business architecture, transformation, process improvement or commercial operations is required. You should have the ability to bridge business and technology teams. A full driving licence is required. Exposure to digital transformation programmes and knowledge of operating model design, business architecture or process improvement methodologies is also necessary. Experience working alongside CRM and ERP platforms is advantageous.
