Support digital transformation, automation and AI initiatives where they create genuine business value.

Strong Business Architecture experience within complex commercial organisations.
Experience delivering CRM-enabled business transformation.
A proven track record of designing Target Operating Models, capability models and future-state business processes.
A commercial mindset, with the ability to translate process improvements into measurable business outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and influencing skills.
