We are seeking a commercially minded Business Architect to join a global B2B organisation undergoing significant transformation. This is a strategic, hands-on role focused on improving commercial effectiveness, simplifying business processes and designing scalable ways of working that support future growth.
Working across commercial, operational and technology teams, you will help shape operating models, customer journeys and business capabilities that drive measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and improve end-to-end commercial processes.
- Design future-state operating models, customer journeys and business capabilities.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
- Lead process redesign and simplification initiatives.
- Establish clear ownership, governance and accountability across key processes.
- Produce process documentation and business architecture artefacts.
- Drive continuous improvement and organisational effectiveness.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in business architecture, transformation, process improvement or commercial operations.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to bridge business and technology teams.
- Structured, analytical and commercially focused.
- Experience delivering change within complex organisations.
- Full Driving Licence Required.
