We’re working with a well-established organisation looking to bring in a Senior Data Analyst with a strong background in insurance claims analytics. This is a great opportunity to step into a role where your work directly influences claims strategy, product performance and client insights — not just reporting for the sake of it.
The role:
- You’ll sit at the intersection of data, product and business strategy, delivering both internal insights and client-facing analytics.
- Expect a mix of deep-dive analysis and stakeholder-facing work.
- Build dashboards and reports to analyse claims trends, costs and outcomes.
- Deliver insight into product usage and performance.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with product, engineering and client teams.
- Develop robust SQL queries and data models.
- Create high-quality visualisations using Power BI.
What we’re looking for:
- Background in insurance, ideally claims-focused.
- Ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working across multiple workstreams and priorities.
Nice to have:
- Tableau, data governance exposure.
Why consider it?
- Genuine influence on business and client decision-making.
- Strong mix of technical delivery + stakeholder engagement.
- Clear, business-facing analytics role (not just back-end reporting).
- Hybrid working with a Manchester base.
If this sounds like your kind of role, send over your CV and I’ll give you a call to talk it through.
