Key Responsibilities
- Lead and assure the full testing lifecycle across large initiatives
- Define and deliver test strategy, plans, and governance
- Coordinate UAT, end‐to‐end, non‐functional and DR testing
- Manage defects, reporting, metrics, and stakeholder sign‐off
- Partner with engineering, business, and third‐party vendors
- Drive continuous improvement in testing practices
Requirements
- Proven Test Manager experience on large‐scale programmes
- Strong insurance industry background (essential)
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- Strong QA governance, tooling (e.g., JIRA), and leadership skills
- ISTQB or equivalent
- CI/CD, DevOps, performance or security testing exposure
- Automation knowledge beneficial
