A leading insurance organisation is seeking an experienced Test Manager to own end‐to‐end testing across major technology programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and assure the full testing lifecycle across large initiatives
  • Define and deliver test strategy, plans, and governance
  • Coordinate UAT, end‐to‐end, non‐functional and DR testing
  • Manage defects, reporting, metrics, and stakeholder sign‐off
  • Partner with engineering, business, and third‐party vendors
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing practices

Requirements

  • Proven Test Manager experience on large‐scale programmes
  • Strong insurance industry background (essential)
  • Agile/Scrum delivery experience
  • Strong QA governance, tooling (e.g., JIRA), and leadership skills
  • ISTQB or equivalent
  • CI/CD, DevOps, performance or security testing exposure
  • Automation knowledge beneficial
