An ambitious, global professional services firm is undertaking a significant investment programme to drive revenue growth, enhance global reach, and modernise its business services. A portfolio of strategic change initiatives is delivering scalable, forward-looking, and value-driven capabilities across the organisation.

The Change Management Office (CMO) oversees the governance and delivery of this investment portfolio, covering business process improvement and technology transformation. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, third-party suppliers, and technology partners, the CMO ensures initiatives align with firm strategy and are delivered to agreed time, cost, and quality objectives.

As part of this transformation, the firm is delivering a Data, Reporting Analytics (DRA) programme to establish a firm-wide reporting and analytics ecosystem underpinned by strong data governance and a unified data strategy.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a key Data Alignment Project, delivering both tactical improvements and long-term transformation in master data management. This is a high-impact role requiring strong analytical capability, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working with sensitive data.
