Business Analyst – Insurance / Claims – Outside IR35
Location: City of London | Hybrid
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to capture, analyse, and document requirements across Claims and wider insurance functions.
- Produce high-quality process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Support end‑to‑end delivery of system and process change, working with technology teams, vendors, and SMEs.
- Contribute to testing activities including test planning, traceability, and UAT support.
- Facilitate workshops, articulate complex concepts clearly, and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
- Support change impact assessment, readiness preparation, and go-live activities.
- Insurance industry experience with solid Claims knowledge (essential).
- Strong core BA skills: requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation.
- Proven experience working within complex change programmes.
Preferred Experience
- London Market exposure (highly desirable).
- Experience working in a low-code / no-code technology environment.
