We’re working with a global professional services organisation looking to hire a Lead Business Analyst to join their London-based Change team.
This role combines hands-on business analysis with team leadership, overseeing a small BA team while driving analysis strategy across complex change and technology initiatives.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to investigate business problems, define requirements, improve processes and ensure solutions deliver real business value.
