We’re working with a global professional services organisation looking to hire a Lead Business Analyst to join their London-based Change team. This role combines hands-on business analysis with team leadership, overseeing a small BA team while driving analysis strategy across complex change and technology initiatives.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to investigate business problems, define requirements, improve processes and ensure solutions deliver real business value.
What we’re looking for:
- Experienced Senior / Lead Business Analyst
- Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
- Experience across the full change lifecycle
- Ability to mentor or lead BA team members
- Strong process modelling and requirements gathering skills
- Sector background: Candidates from legal or insurance environments only.
- Experience in any of the following would be required:
- Legal sector (client onboarding, matter management, billing systems)
- Insurance – ideally London Market or claims platforms
