We are seeking a skilled Network Operations Centre Engineer with hands-on experience working with Fortinet/Fortigate firewalls to join our growing team. This position is fully office-based, so applicants must be located in or around the Bromley area or be able to commute reliably.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, manage, and maintain network infrastructure within a busy NOC environment.
- Troubleshoot network incidents, escalate where necessary, and ensure timely resolution.
- Work extensively with Fortinet/Fortigate technologies—handling configurations, updates, policy changes, and general firewall administration.
- Support wider operational teams with network-related issues and provide clear technical guidance.
- Produce accurate documentation, incident reports, and change records.
Skills & Experience:
