We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to support our growing business. You will play a vital role in shaping our HR function and company culture, ensuring alignment with our values while maintaining compliance and driving employee engagement.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- HR Management & Advisory
- Develop, review and implement HR policies in line with legal compliance
- Support Line Managers with HR matters including absence, disciplinary, grievances, and flexible working
- Lead or support employee meetings and investigations
- Design and coordinate performance reviews and goal-setting processes
- HR Support & Admin
- Maintain and update HR databases and personnel records
- Manage onboarding processes and employment documentation
- Prepare HR reports (e.g. absence, turnover trends)
- Assist with recruitment, interview coordination, and job postings
- Finance & General Support
- Liaise with Finance to process payroll-related updates
- Assist with salary changes and act as payroll backup
- Support switchboard cover, hotel and travel bookings for management
- Leadership & Compliance
- Promote strong performance, dignity at work, and code of conduct standards
- Support training initiatives and uphold health & safety, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 quality standards
What You'll Need:
- CIPD Level 3 or working towards (Level 5 desirable)
- Experience in HR support or advisory roles
- Solid understanding of HR legislation and recruitment practices
- Strong communication, confidentiality, and organisation skills
