As the business continues to grow, they're looking for a Customer Account Manager to become a trusted point of contact for customers, supporting projects from enquiry through to delivery. This isn't a cold calling or business development role. Instead, you'll work closely with existing customers, providing advice, preparing quotations, coordinating orders and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional level of service.

The Role
You’ll become a key member of the customer service team, supporting customers throughout the order journey and ensuring projects run smoothly from enquiry through to delivery. You’ll build lasting relationships by providing accurate information, practical solutions and proactive communication every step of the way.
- Acting as the main point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Preparing quotations and processing customer orders
- Managing customer accounts and building long-term relationships
- Keeping customers updated on order progress and delivery schedules
- Working closely with technical teams and suppliers to resolve customer enquiries
- Recommending suitable product alternatives where appropriate
- Learning a specialist product range and developing technical knowledge
- Ensuring customers receive a consistently high level of service
- Supporting colleagues across the wider team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
