We are working exclusively with our client to recruit a dynamic Engineering Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in logistics, warehouse operations, and supply chain optimisation.
As Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing engineering and operational performance, ensuring processes run efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. Lead and develop engineering and operational teams to achieve performance targets.
- Drive continuous improvement across logistics, warehouse, and supply chain processes
- Proven experience in an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong background in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations
- Experience using ERP systems (IFS preferred)
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 4:45pm | Friday 08:00am - 3:00pm
