Training Associate – Shape the Future of Learning

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver engaging process and system training – both one-to-one and group-based, via face-to-face and remote sessions.
  • Identify training needs through analysis and create targeted learning solutions.
  • Design and maintain training materials, ensuring content is up-to-date and aligned with content management guidelines.
  • Keep accurate training records and track individual progress.
  • Provide feedback on learner capability and competence post-training.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and prioritise training needs in line with business strategy.
  • Adapt to changing requirements, responding to new organisational, product, or policy developments.
  • Regularly travel between office locations to deliver face-to-face training.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion for learning and development, with a drive to help others grow.
  • Training and presentation experience—ideally within Financial Services.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or Curo is a big plus!
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and projects, working autonomously and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
  • Flexibility to travel between offices as required (own transport is a bonus).
