We’re on the lookout for an organised and enthusiastic Team Support Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced Sales & Marketing team. Whether you’re an experienced administrator or looking to step into a new support role, this is your chance to make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing

In this vital team support role, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes — supporting sales operations, liaising with customers, and ensuring processes are followed with care and attention to detail.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to incoming customer enquiries via phone and email in a helpful, professional manner

  • Assisting with preparing quotations, processing orders, and keeping CRM records up to date

  • Coordinating with internal departments (such as Operations) on order timelines and dispatches

  • Managing admin for support contracts and helping with other administrative tasks

  • Playing an active role in sales meetings and helping the team deliver excellent customer service

We’re looking for a confident communicator with strong organisational skills, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. If you love supporting a team and keeping things on track, you’ll fit right in.

You’ll bring:
