Our client is hiring a Divisional Manager to join their high-performing and fast-paced team in Salisbury. This role is designed with succession in mind: you’ll receive full training and professional development and within 2–3 years, step up to become Department Head.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage a high-volume portfolio of residential properties across the UK on behalf of major lender clients.
- Prepare and deliver asset strategies to achieve the best outcomes for all stakeholders.
- Liaise with tenants, landlords, local authorities, letting agents, contractors, solicitors, and clients.
- Coordinate maintenance works and manage property administration.
- Develop strong, professional client relationships and represent the Savills brand with integrity.
- Work closely with an experienced and supportive team while building toward senior responsibility.
