They’re now seeking a skilled and reliable Stores Operator to support the flow of materials and equipment that powers their production and engineering teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day movement, control, and transport of parts, products, and components across both internal departments and external customer sites. This is a varied role combining stores operations, inventory handling, and logistical driving — ideal for someone who enjoys precision, structure, and problem-solving.
- Receiving and storing goods with accuracy and care
- Picking, packing, and preparing shipments and internal transfers
- Managing stock levels and updating the MRP system
- Loading and unloading vehicles of various sizes
- Driving company vehicles to deliver goods locally and regionally
- Liaising with project, procurement, and production teams
- Organising outbound shipments with courier and logistics partners
- Maintaining order and cleanliness across storage areas (including deep storage sites)
- Supporting H&S standards, reporting hazards, and upholding best practices
