This vacancy would suit someone who is:
- From retail, hospitality, customer service, office admin, or of course a property administrative background
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

Please note: Whilst it will prove advantageous, no previous lettings or property experience is required — full training will be provided.
Key Duties:
- Supporting the Lettings and property management team
- Preparing paperwork and updating systems
- Answering phones and emails and dealing with customer enquiries
- Helping organise property listings and compliance checks
- Being a first point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors
- Keeping files, diaries, and records accurate and up to date
It's a lovely, busy role and you will be well supported by your colleagues, as part of this role is to work well in a team environment.
