ReQuire are partnering with a well-established business in a beautiful rural setting to appoint a Logistics Coordinator, a pivotal position within a fast-moving, highly collaborative team. This role sits at the heart of operations, taking ownership of customer orders from confirmation through to delivery. It requires a highly organised individual who can balance multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create actionable orders from the successful quotes passed to you
  • Coordinate schedules, deliveries, and logistics movements
  • Manage a steady flow of incoming work (4–5 new orders daily) alongside an evolving portfolio
  • Liaise across internal teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Handle customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency

About you:

  • Strong administrative background with a high level of organisation
  • Naturally detail-oriented with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Confident communicator with a service-led approach
  • Technically capable (Excel advantageous; systems training provided)

The opportunity:

  • £30,000 salary
  • Monday–Friday: 08:30–17:00 (1-hour break)
  • 1 in 6 Saturday mornings (08:30–12:30)
