We are supporting a confidential appointment for a Finance Business Partner to join a well-established, multi-site organisation with a strong UK presence and a clear growth agenda. Reporting to the Head of FP&A, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified finance professional to step into a commercially focused position with genuine influence, exposure, and development.

This is a true Finance Business Partner role, working closely with a range of operational and commercial stakeholders. You will help translate financial data into insight, support decision-making, and contribute to improving financial performance, cost control, and planning discipline across the business.

Working alongside senior finance leadership, you will gain hands-on exposure to FP&A, financial modelling, performance reporting, and stakeholder engagement, making this a strong next step for someone looking to deepen their commercial finance capability.

Key responsibilities:
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting cycles
  • Analysing variances, trends, and key performance drivers
  • Partnering with non-finance stakeholders to provide clear, actionable insight
  • Supporting KPI reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Assisting with financial modelling and scenario analysis
  • Contributing to FP&A process improvements and systems development
  • Acting as a bridge between Finance and the wider business
Candidate profile:
  • 2+ years’ experience in FP&A, management accounting, or business partnering
  • Part-qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
  • Strong Excel skills with exposure to ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
  • Confident communicator, comfortable influencing and constructively challenging stakeholders
  • Commercially minded, analytical, and keen to progress within FP&A
