Are you the person who likes keeping customers happy, problems moving and everyone organised?

We’re recruiting for a growing Salisbury-based business looking to add a bright, organised and confident Sales & Customer Coordinator to its busy team.

This is one of those roles where no two days will be exactly the same.

You’ll sit right at the heart of the customer journey, working closely with Project Managers, customers and internal teams to make sure jobs stay on track, communication flows and any issues are dealt with quickly.

We are simply looking for someone who is great with people, naturally organised and good at getting things sorted. If you give great service in your current role then read on..

  • What will you be doing
  • Keeping customers updated and making sure they know what’s happening
  • Coordinating and scheduling aftersales
  • Working alongside Project Managers to keep outstanding projects moving
  • Responding to customer queries and helping resolve issues or complaints
  • Liaising with an external aftersales partner to arrange works
  • Creating, updating and monitoring jobs through the company’s project management system
  • Making sure information, photographs and supporting documentation are captured correctly
  • Tracking outstanding actions and following them through to completion
  • Helping reduce outstanding snagging by improving communication and scheduling
  • Producing accurate reports and keeping records up to date
  • Managing supporting compliance documentation
  • Spotting opportunities to make processes simpler, quicker and more effective

There will be plenty to learn, so nobody expects you to arrive knowing every system or process from day one. We want someone who is keen to learn and make a positive impact!

Who are we looking for?

More than anything, we’re looking for someone who is switched on, personable and organised.

You might currently work in sales administration, customer service, project support, order processing, scheduling, operations or another busy coordination role.
