Property Manager & Lettings Negotiator
A leading independent lettings agency is seeking a talented Property Manager & Lettings Negotiator to join their high-performing team. This is a key role, managing a portfolio of around 80–100 properties, while also taking an active part in the wider team process.
The Role
This is a varied and rewarding position, combining both property management and lettings negotiation. Responsibilities include:
- Managing tenancies from start to finish, including inspections, maintenance, check-outs, and deposit returns.
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing clear advice and practical solutions.
- Preparing marketing materials, arranging professional photography and floorplans, and conducting viewings.
- Handling tenancy negotiations, referencing, and agreements, ensuring full compliance.
- Assisting with marketing activity, social media updates, and general office support.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone currently thriving in property management or lettings and ready to take the next step in their career. Ideally, you will have (or be working towards) your Level 3 ARLA/Propertymark qualification – full training and support will be provided if not already held.
Key skills and qualities include:
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Practical understanding of property maintenance.
- Strong organisational ability, with a methodical and detail-oriented approach.
- Confidence working both independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A full driving licence.
