We’re looking for a proactive and organised Supply Chain Coordinator to join a busy and collaborative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and being at the centre of day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key role in supporting distribution and warehouse activities, acting as a point of contact between internal teams, external partners, and customers. No two days will be the same; this role offers a great mix of coordination, communication, and administrative responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a central point of contact for distribution-related queries
  • Liaise with logistics partners, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve delivery issues
  • Provide updates on stock availability, orders, and delivery timelines
  • Support warehouse operations with system updates and stock coordination
  • Assist with reporting on stock levels, sales, and operational performance
  • Help manage departmental inboxes and ensure queries are handled promptly
  • Support stock audits, adjustments, and general operational processes
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and service levels

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • A confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working with data and systems (Excel skills desirable)
  • Able to prioritise tasks and manage a varied workload

Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a similar environment would be beneficial, but not essential.
