We’re looking for skilled Approved Electricians to carry out installation, maintenance, testing, and inspection work across a range of secure and high-spec environments including commercial, industrial, and Ministry of Defence (MoD) sites. If you’re an experienced, qualified electrician who enjoys working on varied projects and values doing the job right the first time, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional, supportive team that takes pride in its reputation.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and fault-finding work to a high standard
- Perform inspection and testing in line with BS 7671 regulations
- Accurately complete electrical certificates and documentation
- Maintain a strong commitment to Health & Safety and company procedures
- Work independently and as part of a small, skilled team on diverse projects
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
- 2391 Test & Inspection (or 2394/2395 equivalent)
- Valid ECS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Must be able to pass security clearance (SC) for MoD access
- Previous experience on MoD or other secure/government sites
- Strong understanding of safe systems of work
- Clear communication and accurate record-keeping skills
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience
- 40-hour working week (Monday to Friday) NO WEEKENDS OR EVENINGS
- 20 days annual leave + bank holidays
- Company van and fuel card provided
- Overtime and call-out pay opportunities
